There is no end to the list of benefits to taking piano lessons.  Many school-age students find improved math and reading skills, along with learning a wonderful skill.  Our instructors not only bring students through the beginning, intermediate and advanced levels of piano, but they make lessons fun and engaging!  The teachers at Valencia School of Music believe that first and foremost, learning music should be fun and rewarding.  As students progress and have the opportunity to participate in performances, many students develop a real love for the instrument.  Some go on to play at the professional level, and some just continue to play for fun!

Once the basics are achieved, many students go on to focus on a style that they enjoy playing, be it classical, jazz, contemporary, or rock!  Every student is encouraged to play the style of music that they enjoy, while also exploring other styles.
